ps some of the fonts dont quite look right and the tab links at the top dont stand out enough

Most things look better then TehUpload.

Hmmm nice but I wouldnt use blue and grey on the upload button and the browse bar they just dont do together and I would remove the line around the banner, make the drop shadow carry on across it opposed to stopping just before the end and soften the drop shadow.

Border on header is awful, bottom of header is bad and the drop shadow is also very bad.

The buttons look to pixely and also the pixel fonts don't suit it.

Finally, the background of the input forms looks quite ugly.

So, improve on the above areas and then show me it again ^_^
