You have not cracked it this time. It makes out to the view that they are ******ed, and the headings are rubbish along with the button drop navigation. Also, the side boxes are tiny and it bores me looking at it.

Try a different style. Go with something basic. freecsstemplates.org or whatever the hell it's calleds main layout is nice, simple and clean. Look at Rico - his designs are nice and simple yet he makes a lot of money. Yours looks like dung.

And yes I do like peoples' designs. Designs that are decent and dont resemble my breakfast.

Hmmm not bad...I think I prefered the other one though.

I would:
-Make the box tops square opposed to round
-Remove the grey line around the box tops it mucks it up
-Make the box tops slightly taller
-Make the general colour scheme darker, a navy blue, like tehupload?

I don't like it. It's not improving from your last one. It doesn't fit well together, it looks like a 'noob' layout, the effects used that is. Keep trying, you'll hopefully get a nice one soon. As for the above comment many 13 year olds design superiorly to that and make money designing professional, I was one, but y'know I'm 14 now

Its not bad at all but I do agree in saying its not edgy enough and it would bore me to death if I had to visit the site everyday.
