Hey, im trying to get onto guildwars, and its just remains on the ' connecting ' box .. why is this ?

perhaps ur firewall is blocking it? just a random guess :s

try restarting your router, it should connect right away so something is wrong..
make sure your firewall is allowing gw.exe

I got on it yesterday, but it somewhat bored me.. but ill give it a go.

I was half asleep when i got home and decided to install it.

If you haven't played then leave it on the login menu over night because the loading screens will take like 30 mins to and hour if you try play right away
