Fired means you've been removed from your job because you can't do it properly or broke some code of conduct (Privacy? Bullying? Attitude? Etc..)

Redundant means you've been removed from your job because your Job is no longer needed, you can also guarantee your position won't be given to anyone else. This often happends when a Business needs to save money and cut down on staff since their job may become useless...
