I hate noobs who want everything coded for them and think they will have a amazing site.Don't get me wrong though, i encourage people to start to learn HTML or PHP but at least try to learn it.

Why would someone want to be a site manager to someone who cant code when they could code the whole thing themselves?

So learn or do sumin else! You have two choices:

1. Read a book and learn
2. Sit there do nothing and take all the credit

You could always get photoshop then have it "code" it for you, but its not going to look good at all.

There isn't a programme that codes FOR YOU. You need to know HTML, and some xHTML.

If not, start looking.

Don't even think about making a site to be honest. There are too many.
