    It is still a possibility. I had the exact same problem, sometimes I could view my site others I was blocked Really annoying.

    Stange, if you have not already try this:

    Start Menu
    All Programs
    Accessories
    Command Promt
    Type: config/flushdns
    Delete all internet cookies, history, everything.
    Restart PC.
    Try then.

    Do not visit any websites after you done the command promt until you have restart.

    Ive done the ipconfig/flush DNS, ill try restarting though.

    Make sure you delete all history ect aswell. Follow my step by step instructions. Hopefully it should work.
