3 days is a very short time to claim though. If the ViP takes say 48 hours to set up(if there are problems can be longer) and the member is away for a few days they lose out. 10 days would be much fairer I think.

After their VIP is set up, and i doubt someones going to buy VIP then the next day go away and not return, ruins the point in buying rep at that time.

Some members only sign on a couple of times a week/ have computer problems so 3 days is way too short.

If they had computer problems i'd assume (not sure) that there would be something done about it, but as said, most people read the vip forums when they get VIP. and now there was an announcement so they should know from now, 3 days is a short time but better than Habbox getting scammed of 1000+ rep ..

It doesnt matter when the name change/rep is given. As long as you request the rep within 3 days of activating the VIP subscription, you will get the rep no matter how long it takes to recieve it. Usually its done within 24-48 hours though Originally Posted by Catzsy

Mad - my point was that Habbox should be seen the match the stringent time restrictions that they are putting on their users. If Habbox says members should do things within 3 days then they should practice what they preach as the users are paying for the services. I agree that the present staff editors are very efficient but there has been many occasions on the last 12 months when things have gone wrong.

As MAD said, its done from the day you get your VIP Membership on your account to the day you request it, both of these pieces of information are easy to obtain (via the users control panel in the Admin CP and the day they posted in the thread).
I think 3 days is enough to claim it, or they could just PM me and explain that they were away during those 3 days (which is often unlikely) and we can see what we can do.
