It was on news, they cost like 100 grand, and you dont build it yourself, ikea buys land and they make it in the area they bought and build multiple houses.

Yeh isocks is een it, and Ben it is about that and there was a few first time buyers but there was something about not 100% chance of them getting it i cant remember now
