It appears with the new version, they forgot to include the kick button.
I went to a casino I had rights in, and no kick button was availible.

This might be the same if you're the room owner with give rights, kick etc. but I've not checked that yet.

Yeah, this is a pretty bad thing to screw up on. Maybe it'll be sorted out in the near future... then again... remember how long the Gold HC badges were glitched for?!

I just got someone to come to my room, I clicked them, clicked Kick and he was kicked

Weird. I also found other errors:

On console, when you see messages, they appear as your face not the sender's face.
Some problems with hats in large rooms (my mate had it)
Can't wave when seated
HC badge sparkles in random areas when "infobox" closed
