If thats game of the year 2008 then they've made a big mistake? Loads of awesome games are released in 2008 and arnt even on there.

I'm not even going to bother answering the rest of your post. Oh and as I already said, Zelda came out December 06 and got game of the year 2006 on various sites, so yes. A game that comes out near the end of the year will be able to pick up 3 million+ votes. :rolleyes:

Oh and not everyone loves Bioshock and Halo you know. :rolleyes: Just because Halo has a certain amount of fans, doesn't mean Mario doesn't. Mario is probably more popular than Halo actually. As for Bioshock, that doesn't even compare to the two.

And if you think SSBB is the only good Nintendo game coming out then you don't know the slightest thing about Nintendo. Galaxy will be massive. Do you know how anticipated that game is? Obviously not. Do you even know what games are coming out on Wii? Ah, what am I saying. They're all as well known as each other but not everyone likes Mario, not everyone likes Bioshock and not everyone likes Halo, but you can't expect over 3 million people to buy SSBB or Galaxy in the first week, a chance but I really doubt it since Halo 3 broke game sales records with 3mil+ purchases within the first week
