I couple of things.

1. When your submitting a form, you have to delete 'Enter message here...' which will annoy some people, so maybe try a bit of code where when you onclick it will become blank?
2. Spelling mistake 'Memebers List' should be 'Members List'
3. Make it so a member can send a request from the panel?
4. Also, make it so that when your submitting a form, it checks that it has been filled in, I commented on my own profile without any words.

I was going to do that but I really cba as I've got others stuff to do whats more imporant

Another little thing.

You can have you password as "" aka. nothing. So I would fix it.
