At first, the F4 badges were said to be given on the 22nd+

The reason for this?
On the FanFour page (www.habbo.co.uk/entertainment/fanfour/) it says that the rooms will not be judged etc till the 21st.

The badge for the rooms are beign given out then but the group badges are being given out before then I think.
