I've always had short hair and it's pretty boring. Thing is though, my hair grows like a 'fro so I gotta get it chemically straightened. Is chemically straightening my hair a good idea or not?

It doesn't do much, you would still have to straighten it every other day or so.

My sister worked for ViDal Sassoon and she said that people came in asking for their hair to be shaved after the chemicals for straightening it burnt their head. Meh I'll risk it. If you've done it more than once and nothings happened it should be fine.

I don't mind straightening it aswell, but I'd rather have it chemically straightened and then straighten it if it goes a lil' curly then to straighten it for ages every day!

yer with mine i straighten it after i av a shower then it just stays rite then til i av another shower
