They do cost money. There is better ones then the one he has. Like the 747-400 Simulator in Australia. This is more like it;

Sam, I know your doing people a favour and I agree with you in ways. But its their own life and if the choose to do it then they can. Have you tried on Ebay? I'm sure people are selling good and cheap copies. Or try and find a good torrent or Iso file of one.
