There will also be a Fantastic Four badge for everyone who fights the good fight by building a Space Station room.

Notice the everyone in there. So if you built a room and you don't get one, you can complain.

Also, you've probably noticed that some rooms have had the ratings reset so if it were based on that it would be very unfair. And lastly, people could use there rooms that have already have high ratings.

I think you needed to enter the poll aswell as being in the group, am not sure.
