I had 2047 Reputation points and now I seem to have only 2039 even though no one since I updated has -repped +repped :S

A good pointless rep may have been removed.

You probably used the report reputation thread , it states that when reporting pointless negative rep the admins have a right to also remove pointless positive reputation aswell.
