Jord's right. When players like Berbatov aren't scoring goals like he did last season, you really need to question the performance of some of the players, not just the manager's choices.

That manager needs sacking

Jol got them stable and has finished 5th the last 2 years :S. Before that they were always in the bottom half of the table. Just because he's had a bad start this season doesn't mean he needs sacking. Plus, there's only like 10 games gone. After another 10 your statement might be a bit more valid
