The creator of it has too think about who he/she is making the script for. If he/she's going to make it for a Habbo fansite which is generally run by teenagers, they aren't going to be able to afford that much, £700+ that is..It sounds crazy but that's how much (if not more) a professional web developer would quote you.

So what if it's £50? What's that got to do with it being leaked? Almost EVERY unencrypted script gets leaked, but does that effect the price of the product? No.£50 per person... again...
