I can't see any reason why Habbo would need to remove it, if it's a purchased number and not a personal one I would imagine that it was perfectly acceptable. To be honest, I think a text line is far more useful.

By the way, if anyone is interested in doing this, it's easiest just to buy a SkypeIn number from Skype and then let the DJ's use the account when they're DJing.
