Unfortunately, I do not know of any sites like Habboring that do this..

Why not just buy/learn how to make a layout yourself?

Like Kazco said in his first post you could try making one your self but I'm guessing you don't want to do that as you not really going to become amasing over night, so you might as well buy one, if you don't have the money then whats wrong with the free templates on habbo ring, there better then nothing, you could always use one untill you find some one to make you one, or untill you've reach a level of design your happy with and could make your own.
