Whats the difference in buying that and the 60 quid one?

That is for use on a PC, so you can play games with the wireless controllers and headsets. It doesnt work with the 360.

Some Belkin ones work, there is a site which tells you compatible ones.

If you have a laptop you can plug the ethernet cable into that and run it wirelessly from your laptop.
