How do I make it so when I hover over a forum, it turns a different colour. i.e. www.habbos.net hover over a forum, like announcements or spam.

Is it a code or a plugin, and can someone give me the code or link me to the plugin or w/e.

Its on the style manager > all styles > then it should be there

Its simple,Just when you edit your colours under it says Edit clicked colour edit hover colour
