MOD-Elux is Disarno, it's been said in the past and I've had people I trust tell me this information.
MOD-Tico was used by the current Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager to MOD (GlitterKat and Redtiz)
ALL Staff DO NOT have MOD accounts, Player Support staff do... All current PS staff were MODs before they became PS. (Excluding Colmc who was Assistant Site Producer)

Considering im studying philosophy i think i would be able to tell if one person was playing the part of two. What you said is wrong on soooooooooooooooooooooooo many levels..

1. Its the internet, anything is possible.
2. Its life, anything is possible.
3. Unless you speak to them at exactly the same time, (ie, same conditions, mood, events.. how can you be sure their reactions would be different?)
4. Even if you did know them well, its highly unlikely they'd risk their job status and dis-regard staff rules..
5. You know nothing.
