This isn't against the rules, plus if I remember correctly then you can't go on Habbo using proxies...

When you're IP banned on Habbo, Proxies don't bypass that. Anyway, he is trying to find Proxies for him to go on blocked sites at College, which isn't breaking the Habbo way.
