[POLL] How much do you care for your appearance?

Well Im doing some research on narcissism for school and I just wanted to see what you guys are like. Personally Im quite bad Ill spend a while trying to look my best, the only thing I really care about is:
Spots
Hair
Hands (being Clean)
Whiteness of Teeth.
but I dont really care what people think about me, I do it for myself.

I care about my appearance; it's something I take pride in. I don't have problems with spots really so don't have to worry about that, but I'll make sure my hair's decent and stuff before I go out anywhere.

I care, it can make you feel good for the day knowing you look presentable. But I don't obsess over it.

Ditto, i like hate spots, like having clean hair and stuff and dont like it being all messed up but i dont go like omggg a spot i cant go anywhere for 2 weeks.

Yes, especially if it's the person I've made an effort for.
