I have a q, do gay people really choose to be gay, or are they born that way. Or will the world never know?
    1. Jeremy 1129 up, 295 downA named based on the biblical name Jeremiah. Used as a name for children who are blessed with a large brain and/or penis. Also used as a replacement for "perfect".
We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.

There isn't a gene that makes you gay or straight or bi or paedo or zoo or w.e.

I agree with Rasputen here. I think it's more of a personality thing than it is genetic.

I disagree with 'its a personality choice'. I'm tidy and polite, thats because i have been brought up that way. I'm also homosexual, but that relates in no way to my surroundings. I know plenty of people in the same family unit as me who aren't gay. Are you saying my gay voice is a personality choice? It isn't. You try putting on a false voice every day of your life, it won't work. It's natural for me, as is my attraction to men.

I've been lead to believe there is. As is there a gene which makes you prone to believing in god and other religious stuff.

I always thought sexuality was an adaptation brought on by upbringing. From what I've seen, there's been loads of failed attempts at finding a gene. Although either way makes it no more a conscious choice.
