Anyone know of any places that have cheap/free Vbulletin, i know about the vbulletin.org skins but anyone know anywhere else?

All I have to say here is, vBulletin skins are better made from scratch. As the free ones are so widely used that the site just looks cheap.

Over £20 at least. Unless its some cheap froob who cant actually design.

for a quality skin your looking at around £15-20
in habbo your looking around 30 hc and over.
