I just thought of something that Habbo has a very large advantage towards. The Law calculates the item of goods by what they're worth to the general public at the time of theft. Meaning if there's evidence that the majority of users will pay 4T for a Dino, then they're allowed to set the cost for it at that.
The reason the Law does this is to account for damage, age and other factors that decrease it's values. For instance, no one should be compensated £150 for a phone they bought 10 years ago if that was its original price. However Habbo furniture doesn't decrease in value, there's no difference between an old and new Dino, so it gives Habbo an advantage.
