Lost mine on the eve of my 14th Birthday
Most of my close mates have lost it anyway, so it's not a big "hard" thing to happen around here.

well actually seen as im half northern irish, funnily enough im not. i am genuinely suprised because people often paint a negative image of the place - that standards are lower than on the british mainland, etc. and of course there is bad places and better places - its the same anywhere. my family from there may be a little bit touched but they all have jobs and even though my mom had to leave the country when she was 16 with no qualifications (due to family problems id rather not discuss) she went back into education later on and became a teacher. so dont be so quick to jump to conclusions.
