anyways isuck yeah that font is awsome im using it, its smart - anyones whos on the team the cake has been crumbled, it had icing on

The font is better, but you still havent changed all of the fonts. *gets on the floor and begs for you to change the text* I will be sick if you keep that font. Use a nice font, a font which everyone has on their OS, it will save the use images and will load your site faster. It's OK, not the best layout i've seen, not the worst neither. Add a bit of dummy text/images so I can see what the end result will look like, then I can give you further guidence.
