Hello im using Freehostia but i want it so i can either login through an FTP program or ftp.????? SO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO!!

Get filezilla for an FTP program. I use it all the time, it's free and has a nice layout and drag and drop functionality
Ex-janitor. Might pop in from time to time, otherwise you can grab all my information from http://jamesy.me.uk/

It should tell you in your control panel.
Usually username and password is what you would login to your account/control panel with and the location would be either ftp://freehostia or ftp://YOURWEBSITEURL

It should be similar to:
Address: www.freehostia.com
Host: ftp.freehostia.com
Username: your username
Password: your password
I'm not sure. If you have any problems, you should really talk to your host about it.

i was putting in: ftp://www.????.freehostia.com ahha no need for www.
