You register an account then you put money on the account using various methods such as using your BT phone bill , credit or debit card , buying vouchers from shops etc then you spend it on what you like

Not too sure what you mean , One of the payment options is to ring up a number and 'top up' your clickandbuy account , the money will be added onto your phone bill so you pay it with your phone bill , Someone one Habbo did this but they ended up not paying their phone bill so they got tons of credits for free so they got permed , not too sure who it was.
