It's hard when your posts are five times the size of everyone elses. I can guarentee a thousand people sending abusive emails to customer services will not make the problem be solved quicker than just leaving it and let the techies do their work. And you can hardly define my posts of spamming when the above is the exactly the same thing.
And you have the nerve to call me a 'noob'. A term which, ironically, is mostly used be people who are inexperienced at social communication online at an above-moronic level, like your own.
