I think he was talking about the guy on the right, the guy on the left looks fine as he is on the wall.
Make the rotor spin longer and have the rotors a bit transparent.

Ah, I should have figured that. But as it stands, I took the guy on the left out and made a new pose for the sniper on the right. He's now kneeling to where he can see over the abutment of the wall.
