On the design:

Just terrible. Green = rubbish. Grey = rubbish. Lines = rubbish. Contrast = rubbish. Concept = rubbish.

Overall = complete and utter rubbish.

Doesn't look like a website design company, it looks tacky and unprofessional, you shouldn't design them for this purpose unless you actually understand the practices of web design techniques. You should go for clean, well-structured and easily-accessible.
