Default Calm down a little.. :l

Either your rules are too harsh or opensourcehost is WAY too obsessed with giving me infractions.

    Here's the situation:
    Thread 1:
Earthquake: I bully on unpopular kids
Me: -insert w/e i said here-

    Thread 2:
Earthquake: I'm really a nice guy. I often talk to the unpopular kids and even act as if I'm struggling with work so I can talk to them
Me: Liar. In the other thread you said that you bully on unpopular kids

Maybe it's just me, but I think that the whole "DO NOT ACCUSE ANYONE OF LYING" rule is stupid.. especially since I didn't say anything like "O YOU LIED YOU SCAMMED HIM U LIAR U HACKED".
I doubt that I would have been infracted if I left out the word "Liar"...
I don't see the big difference

HxF staff should either change the rule so that it isn't so harsh (such as in my situation.. I get infracted for something riduclous) and only infract people for SERIOUS accusations.. or just chill the hell out once in awhile.

What really cracked me up was the reasoning behind the infraction:
"Accusing/naming anyone of lying/scamming/hacking or any other bad things."

Mmm I got a warning today for calling Harry a liar when he said no-one ever repped him. I just said like "omg y lie i rep u every 2 days or sumin" and that was seen as an offence ^_^ wasn't gonna mention it because it's just a warning, but hey the thread's here already so why not

If you disagree with an Infraction then use the Report Infractions thread.
The other day I was in a toilet.
A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
Then I heard him say "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some **** in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."

If I wanted to, I would

I'm not complaining about the infraction.
Even if I were to report it, with any explanation I could think of.. it'd still be wrong because it would either:
Stay, which would be a waste of time all together
    or
Get lifted, but then everyone elses infraction would stay.

I think that HxF need to lighten up a little bit with their rules or staff.

    Lmao.
That's a perfect example on why hxf should review their rules and fix things up.

Yes, a good lot stayed and a few reversed. The second quote you gave their was actually for being rude as you would automatically think from viewing that post.

There is a lot of rules and they are all fair.

I think the problem is that we have some rule breakers on the Forum which don't like to listen to rules and think they can spend all day breaking them. Infractions aren't punishments, they are reminders and warnings. Cautions and Bans are punishments but only Super Moderators can issue them.
