But its not turning out so well
So i need a bit of help

I am looking for:

• Web Developers
• Radio Manager
• Radio DJ
• Graphics Designer

The Criteria Are Below:

Web Developer:
Needed:

• Knowledge in php & html
• Experience in web development
• Knowledge in proxys and how they work
• Can collaborate in a team

Preffered:

• Experience in creating web applications (DJ Panels, User Systems, CMS Systems)
• Have a creative mind
• Work independently
• Know how to create web layouts

• Experience in using SAM Broadcaster or winamp
• Can Manage junior djs and trialists
• Can collaborate in a team

• Experience in using SAM Broadcaster And winamp
• Can DJ Regurlaly
• Can use a dj panel
• Has experience in djing on radio stations

I am interested in the graphics designer position, however you are wanting alot of work. You say 'depends what you create' however I think because of the high demand, a weekly or monthly pay rate would work well.

With such atrocious spelling Danny, I can't even understand why Darren would apply for a job.
If you can't even spell "non-Habbo" correctly, then your site is going to go downhill pretty quickly.

On top of this, I would be busy doing other work. For example this weekend I have a MMOCC template to do, Habbox and a splash page for a new RPG. I would need decent pay for this project.
