with all due respect they're both in different time plains.

if they were in the chiefs time plain, chief, cos samus's stuff wouldn't exist.

in saumus's time plain, chief still, as we can only assume he has had upgrades as time goes on... considering hes immortal...

Huh? There is no time involved. We're simply talking about who would win a fight between Samus and Chief looking at their attacks, weapons, attributes, abilities, etc. Bringing time into this is rather silly, and a stupid reason for Chief to win.

I never said your opinion was boring, and even if it is, does it matter? Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But no one has actually said a reason why Master Chief would win yet, but many have said reasons for Samus to win. So that leads me to believe people are just saying Chief because Halo is a more popular game.

Spartans are elite soldiers who have seen hundreds of battles.

they are trained to use hundreds of weaponry and vehicles.

have extremely strong armour that can survive a 2KM fall...

chief has proven that he can take on entire armies in with minimal support and win!

Just because they're elite soldiers it doesn't mean they can't be killed, Samus would rip MC apart
