As for everyone else it seems only Ben has a brain with any knowledge on the subject. People saying "you've messed up your life now" obviously know little or nothing as it doesn't mess up your life unless you let it, and as for getting addicted I've known like 3 people who've been addicted out of the many many people who've done it, and that was only because they had it every day and so sort of forced an addiction out of habit.

Marijuana is not anywhere near as addictive as nicotine.
There have been no recorded fatalities from marijuana.
Smoking IS cool.

Sorry but that's a stupid post. Although it's likely Cannabis has some effect on the development of psychosis / schizophrenia, there is no firm evidence. It seems likely that if someone develops such an illness, it has been brewing in them for a while anyway - the drugs simply release it. Besides you would have to smoke to a ridiculous extent for it to affect you in that way.

Actually weed has no chance of giving the user a MENTAL addiction, just a physical one (i don't know the difference i'm just trying to sound smart).

Please do your research in relation to the drug, because clearly all of you have some ridiculous notions pumped into your head! I smoke it now and again, as do some of my mates, but it has hardly affected us. All of us are at college and we're doing well, so please don't make judgements that aren't true.

I don't think its helped me rugby though, I got tired after 10 minutes... I had to sit out for around 5 minutes then get back into the game, I had my gun bleed when I got jumped on from some big guy, my nose hurt when I took down some MASSIVE guy, And my whole body crushed during a scrum.
