Ok, so I set my NAV1 and NAV2 to the ILS freq (Lets say its 109.50)

So I hit APP, I establish on the glidescope and then APP flicks off and wont go back on. Is this normal? Because my plane then goes above the glidescope and APP wont go back on.

Your possibly establishing too high on the glide and when hitting APP your aircraft is decending at an unsafe rate to keep up.. What altitude and what range do you usually establish the localiser?

no i didnt get it wrong because i know what the new SID is, but I was expecting the SID that I filed in my FP

Idk when I hit it, but I hit it, and it descends itself and it turns off when I'm exactly in the middle of the glidescope thing and doing the right approach.

no i press APP and it establishes me and then descends/turns to put me right on course and as soon as im on the right course APP disconnects and wont go back on

Think we just found your problem then - You need to press LOC to estabish you (turn) and then once fully established (Stopped turning and diamonds are in the right place) press APP, then it will decend you on the ILS!
