Both were on the hotel at V8 when the friend list was limited to 100/500 friends. (Later increasted to 600 for Xmas for HCs and 200 for Non).
So yeah, it's from V8, not V18/19

I don't see why it would, it was only used to limit peoples account when the limit was in place, now that everyone has cleaned their friends list to the acceptable number and you can not go over that it would not be needed.

Yeah sorry Dan, this is old - I'm sure it was introduced when they added the whole friends list limit thing.

Yep this is extremly old seeing as i've used it several times before , was really anoying.
