Habbo will be launching some new tools so that users can build props and accessories themselves, but wants to retina some kind of quality control over what ends up in the environment and will moderate what is built.

V19 will be interesting I guess, the furni will be different to what we've usually had I think.

I believe what they will be developing is a set of API's for the end users to develop what they sort of "want for the game".

IE: maybe an API for a room command such as, :kick x (as the old hobba command used to go) that room owners can create their own. (client technology)

As well as linking the Habbo homepage (web technology) into already made API's and allowing more and more users to create features.

Ya thats what I meant "build props and accessories themselves" It's the "themselves" bit what makes me think its the v18 update but could be wrong with the build props bit, but we'll see when the time comes.
