Generally speaking now, but everyone can be racist without knowing it. If people say dumb brits, I tend to agree anyway.

Only in Britain... are there disabled parking places in front of a skating rink.

3 Brits die each year testing if a 9v battery works on their tongue.

In Britain, it's either crazy and have a gun or fat and dumb. My American cousins, as far as I am aware, are smart, clever and down to earth I blame the media focusing on the 'dumb' states.
