    Exclamation Habbox site review.

I wrote this a while back and thought i'd post it. **** all you like it didn't take me too long so it's not brilliant.

    Habbox Site review.

I have been on Habbo for almsot 4 years now and have always used habbox.com.
One of it's main features to me and many of you other habbos is it's Rare Values section which is used by nealry ever habbo out there. Their values have helped everyone trade safe and fairly even if some people don't agree with some of the prices.
The newer feature that they have added where you can search for almost any rare out their and it will give you the price immidiatly is very useful for when casino dealers need to knwo the price quiclky or even shop keepers.
Another of Habbox.com's main features is obviously their radio station which is presented by many talented, up and coming DJ's. With great music, competitions and parties happening it's no wonder they have so many listeners cluthcing onto their every word. And of course we can't forget about the men and women behind the scenes keeping all the technicalities in shape.
These obviously are not the only feature Habbox.com provides as of course it is a Fan Site of Habbo Hotel so as soon as Habbo release a bit of information the Habbox team are in straight away and writing about the new features or competions so all you habbos are the first to know compared to any other Habbo Hotel fan site.
Then there are the almost daily competions Habbox.com provides. From fridge races to Bingo they do it all for your enjoyment.
They also provide us with mini games. Which are just an added bonus.
Lastly, there is the forum feature. With it's many members they have all different topics and polls for you to discuss and have your opnion.
If you ask me, and i'm sure many of you will agree, the Habbox.com forum is the perfect forum for teens who spend time on habbo. You can discuss habbo topics such as trading, glitches and all the news and also discuss anything outside of habbo which is why i think it is perfect. All habbos can express their views and give advice when others need it.
So all in all, if you ask me..
Habbox.com is by far the best and most succesfull habbo fan site and i wish the whole team good luck in expanding it in the future.
    Good work!

The site has rapidly fell apart over the past year, the skin is a free skin ive been told, most of the rares are missing, Rare Watch is hardly updated, News is slow to come through (thats if it ever does), The guides are outdated, Articles hardly are written anymore, Management as in sierk contradicts himself and his sites definitions and Management also put up polls asking the public's opinion but qwhen it doesn't swing their way they ignore it.

I agree to some extent, they're updating rare watch a bit quicker now BUT the images, names and dates are either incorrect or shouldn't be there. There's also a lack of inforation to go with each rare... I don't like the fact they've put the amber lights twice... It looks messy.

I believe that the Rare Watch is being updated more often than before now as I have set tasks for each of the Content Designers.

If you have any comments, suggestions etc then you should PM me and I will see what I can do about it for you

I would have to defend two of those points:

The news is updated extremely often, usually by Favourtism. From a conversation we had yesterday, he posted a full 35 reports last week; there is no problem with the news on the site.

Since its my department, I will also defend the point about the articles. Compared to in the summer where you were lucky to get one article per week, there are at least 3/4 articles per week, increased to 6 this week with the two new trialists; and thats only if the team write to their bare minimum requirement, it isnt unusal for some staff to post more (for example, Lost-Shark has written 2 articles this week I believe). Also, the quality of the articles has shot up, with them looking fantastic and having high quality content and SPAG, and quality over quantity dictates that that is worth more than 10 poorly written articles per week.

I find the idea of an article section a bit hard really, I don't see how you can work one. You must have alot to talk about to find a topic for the articles section so getting that many articles a week is really good in my opinion. The news is ok, you don't want boring news or random articles to shuve in an empty space to make up for the lack of news, it's tacky really...

I only have criticisms with Rare Watch which isn't very informative and the Catalogue Rare page is messy now that you're saying when they were last released. When my host finally lives, I'm having a section at the bottom or on a new page to tell people what rares have been released more than once and when, perhaps in a pop-up?

Another criticism is with the facts, tips and tricks sort of pages, which are a bit outdated...

I disagree. Yes the site is a free skin but in my opinion it looks good and no over major sites use it. Articles are being written more frequently. I posted 1 news report on habbox this week before it was posted on Habboxforum ( a UK one) and I post all/most of the International reports before they are posted on H. I cannot comment on sierk and GM's as I don't have access to what they do however they must be doing very well to get a forum this popular and a site and radio immensely popular. Recently all the departments which may have been lacking, have been drastically improved.

Yes our conversation last night he he Last week I posted 30 News reports and this week since Saturday night I have posted 21. I think the UK news is posted very fast and due to being offered lots of news positions by other fan sites I started to look at their news. Habbox news has been posted a LOT quicker than on other sites the last few weeks so it is improving. You will probably say one person (being me) does not make a department. Well with Yum as ANM now they news department has strong management which can only push the department forward. The other remaining reporters have been away for a good few weeks but when they return there will be another 3 news reports posted each week from each of them and that is if they stick to the minimum.

It's good that you criticise UNDERTAKER as everyone needs criticism however plain negatives is just going to make Habbox staff feel like they have been spat at. The lacking departments ( If any now ) are still being improved so soon hopefully there will be nothing to slate.
The other day I was in a toilet.
A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
Then I heard him say "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some **** in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."
