Yeh Pyroka, I suppose that's one way of looking at it. But, I joined the Blues like 7th or 8th so When I joined there was hardly anyone to judge whether or not the 'popular' habbos will join or not.

There will also be group prefects (Like 4-5) That monitor the group and stuff. In the gym, the VIP Person *Cough UkchaserAl* Was 'interviewing' somepeople for the Prefect Jobs.
