Depending on when you purchased VIP the system will have set your primary usergroup as VIP and therefore could of removed your staff privilladges.

You wouldn't be fired from the RV Dept. for just 2 infractions.
But I noticed that before you had been; you didn't have the Staff Title job in your usertitle...
