Yeh something like that...
Nice and easy to edit, well designed....
Quite dark, but i think it works well with the background colours.
just make sure the images you use and the colours of text and background images match it.
Did you make that, or get it free?

I used a tutoral but my IE7 just crashed (vistas folt) i will try to find it again
