Well ive recently just started back runescape. An i wann knwo what the hell the assisitance is and how you use it . I have no idea what it is

When you assit a player click Assit a player.. then you click on the skill you want to assit them in and you get xp while they click the herb for herblore.. or something you need the right levels though try checking runescape database if you don't understand.

They = want your assist
You = give them the level needed
They = make the item with the lvl needed
You = get the xp
