Teams are allowed it as long as they get rid of it in a certain amount of time. Watford had it and still do, even though it doesn't get used. The Premier League does not allow terrace in any of it's league grounds. Fulham played with terracing for one season as they had plans to build a new ground. If we got promoted we could play at our ground because there is a new stadium being built.
There is only 3 teams in the Championship that have standing - Cardiff, S****horpe and Colchester, I think that's all of them anyway.
yep 3 years iirc grainger?
