Yeh, the standard reputation for administrators is still 15.

This means admins currently have the highest rep on the whole forum.

1000 is too high , maybe change it to around the 500 mark?

If people only have up to 6 rep power which is what it seems to be you'll have to get repped over 150 times to go up a power.
